Investigate `frontend` changes to support native Perforce depots #50417

Subsequent to #50416, this issue will tackle figuring out how frontend needs to change to make use of the gitserver changes that support Perforce native depots. These changes are probably mostly in GraphQL. This is where we may be getting into messy branching logic (unless it gets pushed up to the GraphQL clients)

The outcome of this issue should be documentation, comments, guidelines, and knowledge enough to add an effort estimate label to #50421
