Description:

Objectives for improving our ability to debug and assist with issues.

Milestone 1: Gather Information Make sure that all information relevant to debugging & diagnosing issues is gathered in a format that allows for both easy machine, user and support staff access.

Milestone 2: (Self-)Diagnose Make sure that the tools and UI's are in place for users, organizations and support staff to effectively diagnose problems and test fixes.

Milestone 3: Prevent & Preempt Make sure that information is used to alert users and organizations to issues and sub-standard experiences before they are considered a problem. Also make sure that during a Pilot we ensure that everyone is having a great experience.
