Please do squash merge

Godeps replaced with govendor's vendor.json definition file; dependencies are fetched before build
Had to bump github.com/golang/gddo/gosrc to the latest version because a465ad1c7286378af1241b264bf1898a57dd71ae mentioned in Godeps.json points to nowhere; for the rest I've tried to stick to hashes taken from Godeps
Removed Docker remnants
Replaced src with srclib in README
