Say "refresh" in category tab #275

Or more specifically: "Subscribe to feeds and refresh to explore your categories!" if size(categories) == 0 in sidenav.

With a backbone event to call window.location.reload() (instead of href to the index page)

listenTo change_subscribed on feeds and have that trigger a function that calls this.category.fetch
