changing interval (intv) in query string should affect graph granularity #136

minor buglet...

for some reason this doesn't seem to be being used, and we're loading weekly data even if requesting 'MN'

my current thought is we can REMOVE interval from the query string and have the graphs be the only thing that use it. There could still be a control on the graphs page, but this leads to shorter URLs, and it is not used on other pages.
