Only the UI is not translated into Japanese... #31

https://github.com/yamamoto-ryuzo/qgis-instantprint-plugin Every time I install, sometimes it is in Japanese and sometimes it is not. Is this possible? Please let me know if there is a reference site.

I have modified it to fit the latest builder in a beginner's way, but I wonder if this is a good thing.

I will try my best tomorrow, but if you have time, please let me know.

The conversion declaration of the Py file for the UI has been changed to tr.
