Add OSM - Humanitarian Data Model Layer #12

Two PRs so that is available in both versions of QGIS.

It would be great to merger this PR to add this layer by default in the plugin as many humanitarian organization are starting to use this rendering of OSM as a base map.

Thanks for making this pull request, I, too would love to see this as well although I may be a bit biased as one of the contributors =p
