Added Stamen map types, better Readme #2

Stamen's Toner, Terrain (in US), and Watercolor maps are now supported out of the box.

Also fixed the Bing Street map label (was missing Bing).

Also added folder of "Goodies" for GDAL powered TMS service (add in QGIS by doing a raster layer add, selecting one of these XMLs). They reproject, while the main bit in this plugin just does web Mercator projection.

Stamen would be nice addition.

It might be good to include as well Terrain Mapbox map (i.e. Terrain Layer for MapBox Streets) just release few days ago.

The terrain Mapbox is worldwide.

Sorry, this pull request was buried in too many github mails. I've included the stamen layers in the latest release. Thanks a lot! The TMS layers are intresting, but I think it would need a dialog for the average QGIS user to set the base URL.
