update to OpenLayers 2.13 to fix issues with Google Maps layers #26

I have tested it on Qgis 2.0.1(Linux) and it fixed zoom issues with google map layers.

What's the reason that you don't use the current version of QGIS?

I am using Linux Mint 17 and its default repositories only provide Qgis 2.0.1 and it is working fine on my system. I can update my version to latest Qgis by adding Qgis ppa but there must be a reason Mint repositories don't include the lastest version by default.

Anyway somebody may not be able to upgrade to latest version so this feature should be working on older versions.
