OSM Outdoor - Openlayers Plugin - black screen with red pixels at the top after entering API key #39

I am trying to use OSM Outdoor with Openlayers Plugin. I can see the map with the API banner beofre the API key is entered. After I enter a Thunderforest API the map goes black with a few red pixels at the top (see attached)

I have tried two different Thunderforest APIs and the same thing happens. Please help!

Do you have an internet proxy in place? I saw black or near black maps with unsupported proxy types before.

No there is not an internet proxy in place. Any other ideas?

Thanks

Do other layers (like OSM) work?

Pirmin

I was wondering if you had any ideas on my problem?

Thanks

Hi Andrew, I tried to reproduce your problem and got a similar result only when entering a wrong API key. My working API key is a sequence of 32 lower case hex characters. Could you please check your key?
