This file seems to be the main documentation for the plugin, but it's a bit brief. I needed an explanation of what to do with the repository URL

Sorry, this pull request was burred in too many mails from github. In the meantime we moved the OL plugin to the new repo, so the main problem for new users should be solved.

Sorry, no it's not fixed. I don't understand how to install your plugin, can we add how to do it in the README?
