Haxe support is missing #243

We have a request to support Haxe from a user. Some of his comments:

Not all popular Haxe libraries are on Haxelib but lots are and rated by relative popularity which might be useful: https://lib.haxe.org/all

Lots of libraries are also on npm especially js related ones.

User's currently installed local Haxe libs (which could be a good start in addition to Haxelib):

I'm also interested in Haxe support. What could be done to help?

Btw: Haxe is a language that transpiles to other languages, and haxelib usage can help identify the underlying javascript/etc. library used (for example using react/react-next, redux, etc. haxelibs could be mapped to the javascript one). I could help identifying those if that can be useful.

@yaronskaya : what would it take to add Haxe extractors to the app?

@kLabz : we can add language support (hopefully, quickly) but we would appreciate any help adding libraries for it in https://github.com/sourcerer-io/awesome-libraries/tree/master/libs

Hi @kLabz! In order to support libraries extraction, you should add information about libraries in sourcerer-io/awesome-libraries and implement class HaxeExtractor(see example for Scala). If there any questions feel free to ask.
