Stuck at 1 / 36 processing #474

I logged into sourcerer through Github, and after processing the first repo, which is an repo that I was added as a contributor for but I've never committed to, it doesn't continue to process. I tried refreshing github repos, but that just changed it to 2 / 72. I got rid of sourcerer from my Oauth apps and re-added it still with the same problem.

Now all of them have failed with Timeout reached.

It finally worked overnight, I don't know exactly what the problem was.
