It also shows as HTML, even though it only has Java code in it.

@yaronskaya - can we not select HTML if a repo has a programming language?

So I was able to fix this by deleting my profile and making it again. This really isn't a good solution though.

It seems to have created another issue though, the repository which was giving me issues is now showing myself as two different contributers for some reason:
