Error starting Sourcery plugin in pycharm: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException

• Sourcery 0.12.9

Operating system and Version:

• MacOs Monterey version 12.6

A couple of questions:

• did the previous versions of Sourcery work?
• some users have reported having issues with Sourcery on Apple M1-based devices. To fix that, you need to install Rosetta on your machine. Does this apply to you?

If that does not work, could you please send your Sourcery log file to hello@sourcery.ai for us to help you troubleshoot this issue?

Hello @ruancomelli, answering your questions:

• The previous versions work correctly.
• The chip in my Apple PC is Intel.

I'll check the log and try to send it, say try to see if the error was solved by installing the libxcrypt library, but it didn't work.

We do support Intel-based machines, and it is especially interesting that the previous Sourcery versions worked.

Could you please try sending your log file again? I did not receive anything here.
