Priority 1 is to develop institutional requesting with all fees at 0, and be fully functioning in that regard.
Second, we would be focused on providing a base level of customization related to pricing using only our variable (base, perPage, service). In this instance, we are likely to have 0 service fee for institutions that we partner with (because we will handle licensing separately). We would set a default/base pricing algorithm for institutions that want no customization, and still support full 0.
Third (Post Mellon) would be to incorporate peer to peer requesting alongside of institutions, where an institution can release requests from their backlog for the 'crowd' to handle. More discussion on this needed when we get to that point.
Describe the solution you'd like:
Request pricing will remain the same (using Sourcery algorithm), regardless of whether or not an institution offers free or reduced prices. If an institution fulfills the request, their pricing will be used during the credit card charging phases. However, if the job moves into the public pool, the charge will be calculated using the Sourcery algorithm
