[errata] Table 2 caption - Date should be March 24, not March 4 #4

In your paper, Table 2 is computed for March 24, not March 4. I spent some time figuring out why I was not able to reproduce your numbers! :-)

Same error on Page 4, "State wise R0" section. "In Table (2), we present the state wise..."
