h-index cant possibly be correct #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use author "Niklas Blomberg"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

this remarkably finds the expected 17 papers but reports an h-index of 20. I 
belive the correct answer is 11?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
