revisit `sourmash index` and `sourmash lca index` output #1038

since I'm rebuilding some of the SBTs and I've been doing a lot of indexing, I'm finding the overly verbose output of index and lca index to be annoying. I get pages and pages of :

Error in parsing signature; quitting.
Exception: expected value at line 1 column 1

and I'd really like a more sensible status output that doesn't consume the entire screen...
