tutorial-lin-taxonomy.html contains links to data sets that are not in the sourmash-bio repository. tsk tsk. 😁

I knew there was something I forgot to ask about!

I had been thinking I would put them on the more "official" sourmash OSF -- should they go in the sourmash repo itself?
