the betterplot plugin (#3178 and https://github.com/sourmash-bio/sourmash_plugin_betterplot/) provides some nice additional visualization capabilities to sourmash, and several of the commands work directly with branchwater plugin commands (mds2, clustermap1, and pairwise_to_compare). We should advertise them in this repository.

in tandem with https://github.com/sourmash-bio/sourmash/issues/3198, I'm wondering if it's time to make a more combined set of docs with a gallery, i.e., to upgrade the sourmash docs even more?

It makes me feel tired to think about doing the work, but the betterplot plugin is really coming along nicely 😅
