todo: deprecate this plugin in favor of `manysearch` from the branchwater plugin #21

Once https://github.com/sourmash-bio/sourmash_plugin_branchwater/pull/408 is merged, there's no real reason to have this plugin around - so, deprecate following the procedure in https://github.com/sourmash-bio/sourmash/issues/3285

although since there are tutorials that use it, we may not want to do this super quickly 🤔
