Add recipe for configuring firewall.

• add dependency for firewall cookbook
• add empty default attributes for firewall ports
• use apache and tomcat ports if no ports are specified
• add recipe firewall to open ports

This is rather quick work, therefore I'm thankful for suggestions and advice.

Hi @jan0sch Thank you for your contribution. Firewall configuration is very opinionated and differ strongly for different platforms or practices. Overall it is better to stick with unix philosophy "do one thing, do it good".

This cookbook is expected to be used as is only for test/dev environments. In general you would create wrapping cookbook that uses this one. In this cookbook you will configure firewall, monitoring, logging as you see fit and according to your practices.

So, my belief is that firewall configuration inside this cookbook overcomplicates things. Do you have any questions?
