Apologies. This should have been on our local fork, feel free to delete this PR entirely.

@chuckyz as a heads-up, you could probably make most of these changes in a wrapper cookbook, so as to avoid having to maintain your own fork of the community one.

The ones you cannot change, you could submit as a PR back to this project as parameters or optional elements.
