Feature to define logging on Windows firewall

Handle :log command for Windows firewall
Define special :log property on Windows platform: log allowed connections log dropped connections
Handle logging configuration based on provided attributes and keep the rest as default disabled (default Windows settings)

Integration tests and documentation update included.

P.S. This is developed on top of PR #116. Better to merge after that PR.

Since this depends on #116, I'm going to hold off until we discuss that. If you'd like to get this in sooner, please base it off master instead.

In fact I want to hold this and the next one as well, till the first one is merged.

As you still have concerns on #116, I will close this one till 116 is merged. With the idea that, in case I need additional commits on #116, I will re-create the PR on a clean rebased branch
