ignore kitchen.dokken.yml #167

The kitchen.dokken.yml is being uploaded with the cookbook. This is unnecessary and slightly wasteful.

Thanks for the catch!

The chefignore and many other common files are managed automatically via automation and the repo-management repo so we don't make changes to these files in the individual repos. I'll move this change to a PR there.
