Description

Ensure consistent environment between 'npm install' and 'npm list', pass same environment variables

Although not a direct solution to #245 and #247, it definitely compliments get past some of the issues with -global

[ ] New functionality includes testing.
[ ] New functionality has been documented in the README if applicable.
