Description

Adding aclfile option to Sentinel configuration file.

Enables configuring external ACL file for Redis Sentinel v6+

[x] A summary of changes made is included in the CHANGELOG under ## Unreleased
[ ] New functionality includes testing.
[x] New functionality has been documented in the README if applicable.

For the short experience I've got with sentinel this should work. So I"m happy to merge as is 🥳

I forgot to put a tag on it, so it wont get released 🤦🏼

I'll need to do a small update to release this by itself! Leave that with me 👍🏼
