Fix examples for `selinux_fcontext` #124

The selinux_fcontext documentation examples incorrectly had a resource name of selinux_policy_fcontext but the resource name is actually just selinux_fcontext (no policy_)

Fixes a small documentation issue with the examples for selinux_fcontext

There's no new functionality so I am not sure if I check "New functionality includes testing." or delete?

Also I've been informed that these resources are now included in chef/cinc 18 so I am not even using the cookbook 🙃 but figured I'd submit the small documentation fix anyway
