Add serverspec integration tests, update supported platforms #28

Add node['selinux']['needs_reboot'] attribute to accommodate SELinux actions that require a reboot.
Add serverspec tests
Add Centos 7 support
Update supported Fedora/CentOS versions
Drop Ubuntu support

@jbartko The unit and integration testing portion of this cookbook is something we'd love to have. I believe we have the multiplatform part handled with the install custom resource now. Take a look at what's there and let me know if you're interested in moving forward with this.

I'm going to close this out at this point since the cookbook has had some pretty substantial rework since this PR was first opened. If there's something from this you'd still like to see in the cookbook feel free to open this back up. I promise to be more responsive about getting things merged so we can avoid massive merge conflicts like this.
