mcstrans package should not be installed by default #69

Multi Category Security (MCS) is not used on most of systems where SElinux is enabled. This package is recomended to be removed by CIS compliance profile. Need an option not to install 'mcstrans' pacakge.

Fixed in version 3.1.0 of the cookbook, which is up on the Supermarket now.
