Allow specifying custom paths and file names for authorized_keys, public keys, and private keys.

Just to relay the conclusion from Slack, this is out of scope for this community cookbook and can be fairly easily done in a custom wrapper or writing your own user management cookbook so we recommend that approach.

I'm in agreement with @coderanger on this change. I think this increases the complexity of the cookbook greatly and is really outside the scope of this community cookbook.
