Start translating the code to English #5

I have translated some of the code in ARES_vs.c to English (there is not much here), and corrected some text in the beginning of the file. In the other files I have just removed whitespaces, which is the standard we should all follow.

There was also a typo in the README.md which have been corrected by adding two whitespaces (same as newline character).
