Support Yubikey as an authentication method #26

This probably only makes sense if #25 is done, but it would be very nice if one could use a Yubikey for 2FA with Redmine. Looks like there are some Ruby libraries for this but not sure how usable they are.

Thanks for you suggestion! Sorry, we doesn't have a plan to do it right now. But we will glad to see any pull requests.
