[#3997] Move Javascript generators from Samples to "generators" - Delete #385

Description

This PR deletes the generators/generator-botbuilder folder as it was moved to the BotBuilder-js repository.

Detailed Changes

Deleted generators/generator-botbuilder folder with all its files and projects.

Testing

These images show the before and after of the generators folder.
