Addresses # 3948

Description

This PR updates the Authentication samples to target .NET 8

Specific Changes

Updated the following samples to target .NET 8
- 18.bot-authentication
- 24.bot-authentication-msgraph
- 84.bot-authentication-certificate
- 85.bot-authentication-sni

Testing
