Hi.

This adds a manpage for clac.

This is a great contribution, I will accept the pull request because it is great to add a manpage. I read about the mdoc format and checked some examples to see if we could write the clac.1 file directly in mdoc instead of using markdown, and with the help of man mdoc I translated clac.md to clac.1. I think we can merge this and then move to editing the clac.1 file in mdoc (plus we avoid the dependency on pandoc). Thanks a lot!
