Not Responding on Win7 Ultimate #265

Tried running it in compatiblity 'Windows XP Service Pack 3' and 'Run as Admin' 
and still comes up with it not responding.

I was experiencing this problem too.
Just had to install and run Quicktime before trying to run iphonebrowser again. 
It solved my problem

Yup, I was having this problem and I just installed QuickTime and everything 
started working fine.
