[SBU] Member Business Policies reference link is not picking up the right version #18

Problem/Concern

On my localhost site after running the docker commands, I don't see changes in the member_business_policies document whereas the actual md file has all the correct changes.

Proposed Solution

The reference for this document maybe still pointing to the Sovrin document area instead of the sbu area. DanG please check to verify.
