How do we ensure a good distribution of read traffic across the Steward nodes ?

We should keep a list of questions for the TGB. This answer should be injected into Indy Node Docs. My understanding is that since we are only using Validators at this time (no Observer Nodes) , each agent (Issuer, Holder, Verifier) will have cached access to the Pool Ledger associated with each of the Networks they desire to support. The question is how do agents determine which Node per Network to submit read requests?

This is good question for JIRA Indy Node; @aratibaliga Please open a JIRA issue against Indy Node and then close this issue with a pointer to the JIRA issue.
