Ability to use different icons/usernames per instance #32

Hi there,

I have logs with error and performance channel, and I want to send messages to slack with different icons (possibly usernames too) per each channel. E.g.: errors -> :warning: icon performance -> :snail:

What do you think about this?

P.S. I don't know ruby :)

This PR is not acceptable since it breaks compatibility, but your feature request is understandable. Could you issue since I close this PR?
