Adding C++ code that uses the FastLED library to control WS2812B LED strips with an Arduino to create Valentine's Day lighting effects.

Love it! Thank you for the contribution. I don't own any of these lights anymore, so I can't test your code, but I didn't see any obvious issues with it. Please consider adding your program to PlusPrograms.cpp/.h so that it gets included automatically.

I appreciate that people continue to use and improve these programs. The GE35 lights were great! Thanks to many, especially sowbug, I got interested in using Arduino to control RGB lights. I still have one set of GE35 permanently mounted outside with small waterproof sandwich box running a Christmas pattern. They work fine, but I did have to replace the power-supply this year. I have the WS2812s inside - had some bad experiences with so-called "waterproof" leds. I also have a Christmas Star with 50 LEDs (ten on each arm) running multiple patterns.
