We are not using this to it's full potential. We should.

We currently have hardcoded lists for this in several places:

Ansible hosts - https://github.com/sown/ansible/blob/main/hosts.yml
Icinga 2 in the icinga config - https://github.com/sown/monitoring/blob/master/config/zones.d/sown/000_constants.conf#L4
Icinga 2 in the jinja2 - https://github.com/sown/monitoring/blob/master/config/zones.d/sown/hosts.j2.conf#L2
In prometheus relabelling (new)

These also don't all have the same items, so needs fixing!
