Consider how to use Icinga2 meta checks to replace current IPv6 Matrix checks #67

Currently the IPv6 Matrix is generated by a single check on each host in the matrix and requires config to be pulled down to know which other hosts to ping6. Icinga2 meta checks should provide a better way of doing this.
