Get Icinga2 config generation from netbox to set -2 flag for check_nrpe where needed #88

Monitor2 since its upgrade to Ubuntu 20.04 now uses version 3/4 NRPE packets but old 18.04 servers only support version 2. We could use the metadata from netbox to set the -2 flag on check_nrpe when we know the server we are talking to is Ubuntu 18.04 or lower (or whatever zepler.sown.org.uk is running).

No hosts currently have an issue. We are only ever going to upgrade OS on hosts, so this is now an non-issue even for Zepler node.
