Other people have already been working on this, but spotted it needs some changes to backups, so an incomplete list of things to do:

• [ ] Add backup script for dumping from mysql and mariadb containers
• [ ] Check everything is being backed up sensibly

These remaining tasks are no longer relevant as we have moved this to containers-2. However, we still need to properly sort out backups on there.
