Has anyone worked on creating a drop-off from node just like an exit.

what do you mean?

it's possible to have a difference between total input and total output for each node. For example in nodes c (more input than output) and d (more output than input) of https://cloud.githubusercontent.com/assets/44946/8294625/08e5068c-193e-11e5-91f1-16dd6b72c0ec.png
