Retrieve the covers of the podcast properly #29

We have done a workaround in 58c68bf629691134df777abcb39c9cfb4e94cc4c for retrieving the podcast.

Fetch the real covers (they are new) from Spotify for Podcasters and create unit tests for checking this.
