Android 4.2+ Events not firing correctly

Using Android 4.2 on Nexus device it seems that scroll and swipe events are not firing correctly.

Scrolling the list has to be done very slowly.

Nav Panel also eventually breaks once it is opened and you change sections, it will not close on selection a new section
