Minor display issue when choosing SVG. Non refresh of background window when choosing SVG file in the popup.

Version of Sozi and other relevant software

22.02.03 (Windows 7 OS.)

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Launch sozi
  2. move the "choose an SVG" window.

Expected behavior

Something more beautiful

Observed behavior

Something beautiful (depends on point of view) View here what I get.

Hints and solutions (optional)

Ignore this bug can be an acceptable solution.
